I have a 1989 28' with a backstay adjuster using 4 wire rope sheaves, 1-3/8" dia. There is a sailboat emblem on the connecting plate. Anyone know who makes it and where I might find a replacement sheave? Harken is a tad too big.

I want to purchase a backstay adjuster for my E27, does anybody have a preference on a manufacture? Any other information might be helpful.

Looks like mechanical would be cheaper but are they not so great? I am referring to the ones that use a ratchet or winch handle. Seems like they are 200-400 cheaper than the sailtec or navtec which would run me about 1000 for the E 38-200. Thoughts?
