Since I am color blind can someone advise me what shade of white did Ericson use in the mid 80s?
The reason I ask is I need to paint my sun damaged transom this winter.
thanks
Just thinking ahead if a leak ever develops. I saw a little wetness when I removed the alternator adjusting bracket from the upper right stud. I agree that it would be a nasty job.
I might have not been clear. I am talking about the thermostat housing that is bolted to the front of the cylinder head with 6 bolts. It is retangular in shape. It is the housing that the thermostat bolts to.
When you are ready to test the engine I suggest using water and a mixture of Calgon, or some other dishwasher powder, to totally clean oil from the cooling system.
I have not experienced any issues to date. I just wonder if any owners have. Changing anti-freeze every few years is a good idea so one doesn't let their cooling system Ph get out of balance.
We had a 155 for years. It could become quite a handfull when the wind increased here on Lake Erie. Last year we bought a 140 and we love it. The 140 is so much better in beam reaching conditions when the wind picks up.
We have a set of "Easy Jacks" that attach to an elastic strap at the goose neck when not in use. During the time the main is up the "Easy Jacks" are stowed out of the way.
YS Pedestal
Sorry to hear about the decision to sell.
I thought I would ask if you had an extra throttle lever lying around to sell since we have the same year 381.

I am looking for:
MUS015R 010-C0029-00 Lake Superior Data Card
MUS016R 010-C0030-00 Lake Michigan Data Card
If necessary I will purchase other cards if one wants to sell as a bundle.
Thank you,

I plan to drop my rudder this fall for repairs after I haul out. Does anyone know how much clearance I need under the rudder for removal?
Thanks in advance.
