Shift cable completed!

Thanks for all your input. Once I got the stuck bolts out things went well, as I said above.

Tuesday, as promised by Baum Hydraulic, the new shift cable arrived. It was an exact match for the old Morse and went in easily. The final cost for the cable, one clamp and the new clevis was $80.58 including freight. That was about $10 more than the little skinny cable West Marine sold me and I still had to do something about the clevis and adapt things with the West Marine cable if it would have worked.

I hope someone will have the same good luck I did with Baum Hydraulic.

Thanks again and I keep you posted on the A4 engine rebuild and install as that progresses.
