Where's the transmission oil dipstick?

I spent a few minutes hovering over my 11 HP Universal (Kubota) engine in my 1981 E28+ last weekend trying to find the transmission oil dipstick... While this should be a no-brainer, I was unable to locate it. Anyone have a similar engine who could tell me where it is?

Thanks!

I have the Universal M12, with Hurth transmission.
As you face the engine (looking aft) the "dipstick" is a screw-on located to port, close to the engine. It's partially buried by a strap holding the heat exchanger. Yours may be similarly camoufalged.

Dip Stick

We have the same model and engine. If you go to marinedieseldirect.com/universal/200157, you'll find an on line catalogue of the engine that includes a neat diagram showing the location of all of the various parts, including the transmission dip stick.
