Trying to find control panel for Oceanair Systems marine AC unit

When I got my E35III it had a Oceanair Systems marine AC unit. I didn't use it much but for heat in the boat yard during the winter. But I am going to need it this summer and the temp. sensor on the control panel systems to have gone dead as it always reports 32 degrees. I have been googling trying to find this company but it seems to have disappeared. I found another co in Stuart Florida that might be related and I am trying to get in touch with them. But in the meantime has anyone every heard of this brand or where I might find parts? If all remnants of Oceanair are gone, I am hoping these control panels are some what generic like a home thermostat. Anyone have experience with a project like this?

I do remember many of these companies were all owned by one parent company, don't know if Oceanair is amongst them. I would try Taylor Made, they are one of the parent companies, made Cruisair and Marineair last I knew, possibly others as well.
