I don't know a contractor, but glad to here there are other 35-3 owners about in Annapolis area. Will look for your boat in the spring. Where do you keep it.

We have a slip in our community marina in Annapolis on South River. I actually sailed past Cordelia on the Severn River late last Summer. I recognized your boat from Tim Reilly's photos. She's a beauty!
