Sailing Memorial Day

Did anyone else take advantage of the glorious memorial Day Southern California winds? 14 kts +/-Roxanne sailed Long Beach yesterday and for most of it she was making 6+ knots with a max of 7. Best, most fun, conditions I have experienced yet. Though over used, glorious is the only word for it.

Those 14 knot SoCal winds petered out to half of that by the time they reached New England, but it was indeed a glorious day to lazily sail around after the long Winter.
