These are a Barbarossa/ Harken product.
B501 manual should get you a break out.
They can be disassembled, cleaned, checked for wear, greased and reassembled.

It looks like mine is very similar to the 500, but mine is perhaps a bit older as it has 4 bolts holding on a faceplate. Looking at the replacement model gave me the confidence to break her open and take a look.

It all looks good though it needs the old slightly crusty grease cleaned out and replaced.
