Manual Bilge Pump

My 1988 E-28 has a manual bilge pump mounted vertically in the cockpit.
It's a Whale, but I don't know the model number.
It doesn't seem to have enough lift to pump from the bilge.
(It blows air out of the transom outlet, but no bilge water)
Is this pump rebuildable?
Does anyone have the model # used by Ericson?

Check for debris

Check the flapper valves and/or check valves for debris. If it's not sealing tight, it wont create enough suction to lift water out of the bilge. Clean the strainer also.
