Lightning strike on my E 28

In an earlier post I related my recent lightning stirike on my E-28. Now for some repair questions.
Original universal desiel M15 - Engine tack not working (just sits at 3,000 regardless of whether the engine is on or not).
1 A. Can I test the tach? and how?
1 B. If no good, do I replace it with analog or digital and where is the best source to buy it?
2. Electrical panel - 5 indicator lights blown off/analog battery volt meter not working/a couple of the switches/circuit breakers may not be working. WHere can I get the new indicator lights and switches?

Given that you are already out the deductible for the insurance claim, I would just add a new panel to the tally. Parts and labor would be more to repair the old one.
Edit: source the panel from your Universal-Westerbeke supplier -- Google for the closest one.
