Here is the link to great set of pics from a small boat festival held in April 08 in a small port on the Oregon coast. We attended a couple of years ago and I can vouch that small craft builders and restorers have a LOT of fun (no matter what the weather...)

I don't know about you, but I'd certainly 'panic' if I were about to row beyond that 'Hole in the Wall.'
