Gold lumps in my M-12 cylinders

Does anyone know what these gold chunks are in my cylinders?
pictures are view from exhaust ports.

Can’t find anything online yet about it.

Maybe I struck at rich so I can pay for a repower?

There may be a philosopher's stone nearby. I wonder if drinking the exhaust water will grant rejuvenation too.
