I repaired the rudder gudgeon last winter July 2009 on her last haul out. It was a bit scary attacking the rudder with a hand saw. The gudgeon pin was made round using a file and emery cloth. The gudgeon was taken to a machine shop and the bush replaced. Cost $80 for the Machine shop and $50 for epoxy and glass, foam was free. It took about 3 hours in total over 4 days.
