E38 w/ hydraulic backstay adjustor

Curious if anyone has installed one of these on their E38?

Am thinking about doing so and am wondering if there are any lessons learned someone might have to share?

Having an adjustable backstay is a great way to tune the rig for a wide range of wind speeds. I have a Navtec backstay adjuster on my E38, it came with it, and I love it. Seeing the difference it makes I would install one without question. RT

Back Stay length

It looks like the backstay length would have to be cut down a bit so as to accommodate the extra length... wondering if anyone has gone through that process? Yeah, the navtec looks pretty nice...
