E25 original water tank, system..??

just bought a '78 E25- 14 gallon water tank/
sink/pump system hasn't been used in years-
gate valve down below is frozen solid- (as is
the large valve right of the head- non-existant
holding tank??)

so where do i start?? tank (plastic?) looks ok
from the outside.. replace gate valve, run some
chlorine water through.. ???

With my RV we sanitize the water tank every year with water and bleach, a 10% solution should be fine. Fill the tanks with the solution, let it sit for a while then drain the tank and refill with fresh water. If you still smell bleach you may need to run more fresh water through the system.
