I know that Ericson owners are generally proud of their boats and we are no different. There has been many days this late summer of great winds in the 15-25 range in Bellingham Bay, Washington and we have been able to get out quite a bit. Here are a couple of photos from Sunday Sept. 28. Stillwater is on a close reach in about 18 knots true doing about 7.2- 7.5 knots. Single reef main and #2 jib rolled up to about 90%.
"Stillwater" is hull #36 that we were fortunate to rescue earlier this year. Basically a sound boat that needed some substantial repairs and upgrades. We are thrilled with the boat as it is a great sailor. Puts a smile on our faces everytime we go out!
