the frames are wood. i wonder if i send them the piece if they would drill the holes...you know with all the holes that have to be drilled by an amateur what are the odds that it would crack..

well now i know the hull is solid. the speedo thru hull is mounted just outside the head. am thinking that i can mount it forward of the speedo. of course mounting it behind the speedo would be easier, but my concern is that the water turbulance from the speedo...

just purchased a 74 35 II... it has an a4. at the exhaust it goes into some kind of galvinized pipe. there is also a hose that goes from the exhaust manifold into this pipe. there is heat insulation from the engine to this pipe. on the other end it does a 90 degree turn up and then does another...
