One of ours outside Angels Gate on Sunday ?

While we were cleaning up Senta on Sunday we heard an Ericson 29 call for help. Something about a wrapped prop and a broken compass and GPS that was lost. The location was just outside Angels Gate and we never heard how it was resolved.

Probably one of those damn lobster pots caught her prop just outside Angels Gate this time of year. I sailed through a bunch last Sunday. There was no need to motor, plenty of wind. Yesterday was another story though. Not much wind at all. I wonder why it's such a popular place to put those damn lobster pots. I don't see them close to shore farther up the peninsula. I have often thought it should be illegal to plant them there because it really is a hazard to navigation.
