E32-3 Converting tip-out cupboards to side-hinged cupboards with drawers

Well, I thought I'd use this project as my first blog post.
The 32-3 has a large tip-out cupboard in the galley peninsula, and a small narrow one under the chart table.
There's a lot of wasted space behind both. Some owners have just pulled one or both units out, making an open space and leaving the bottom-hinged door in place, with a retainer line to stop it falling to the cabin sole. I decided to make shelves.
