That YS wheel-and-guard assembly might be a great deal for someone refurbing their existing corroded one.
His "store" has some other nautical stuff, too. Bronze winches, even! (Just what your E-31 needs more of...)
His tools have a "Harbor Freight look" to them and the kit of not-really-a-dremel parts looks like a sibling to the one I picked up at Costco for $19.95.
