Ah, so "harbor Phil" is indeed the new HM.
I told Nancy I thought he might be but never had a chance to confirm it.
Doug really was impressive. We had one incident that we thought reflected really badly on the operation and e-mailed Doug about it. His response was one of the most professional and well thought out e-mails and corrective actions I've ever seen. Besides, he was/is a genuinely nice guy.
