In preparation for my first trip in my new E36C I was going through the electrics to check the operation of the GPS handheld unit and discovered that the PO had swapped it out for a Dog Finder!! That'll be useful!
I have the box and manuals etc for the GPS unit but what is inside the box is a dog finder. I sure hope the PO hasn't lost his dog.

Check the head immediately - has it been replaced with a fire hydrant?

Better to learn sooner rather than later that navigation can be a real bitch.

Good thing you checked before casting off or you'd be in for a very ruff passage.

If the PO isn't helpful when you ask what happened to your GPS, collar him.
