Have one. Love it. Tack Tick instruments are terrific(ally expensive). Seriously, they are the bomb. Get the whole set: depth, speed, wind. That's what I have. It was the first upgrade I installed back in 2005. I have the T108 system:

T120 Wind Transmitter
T112 Analogue Display
T121 Hull Transmitter
T910 Speed and Depth Transducers
Plus I bought a second T111.

short version: Boat was dismasted. Tack Tick wind instrument dragged in the water for 12 hours, measured water speed while they made way to an anchorage for repairs. Skipper rinsed it off with fresh water, still works great.
