Surveyor and mechanic in PNW

Hey folks, does anyone recommend a good surveyor and mechanic near Seattle? I'm narrowing down my choices and really like the Ericson I've found, but I've got some reservations about the engine and want a good mechanic to look it over.

I worked with Matt Harris when I was buying my E-34, and I recommend him without reservation. I think he is based in Bellingham, however.

For a mechanic, I highly recommend Evgeniy Goussev of Access Marine. He has worked on my boat for the last 8 years and did a complete repower on her last year. Very reasonably priced as well. He will have a booth at this years boat show if you are interested in talking to him.
