Stuffing box repair

I am getting a bilge full of lake water after operating the diesel. I am thinking the boat needs some stuffing box repair. Through hulls are all fine. I have not done this type of work on the boat. Does anyone know of any services in the Cleveland area that work on sailboat stuffing boxes? Thanks, Ken
