Wondering where to liveabord on the hard In SoCal while finishing boat, any suggestions?

Here's a boat yard on the Santa Monica Bay side. They permit DIY, and might at least have some ideas regarding feasibility.

Wondering where to liveabord on the hard In SoCal while finishing boat, any suggestions?

Cabrillo Way Marina in San Pedro / Port of LA has dry storage now with hoists for launching, but I don't know if they allow you to live aboard your boat in the dry storage lot. This is a very new facility on the other side of the West Channel where my boat is. Give them a call. Here's the web site:
