The first picture below shows the FG repair of the two plywood plugs that filled the E39 flushdeck portholes.
The next two pictures show the first Awlgrip coat (of 5) that will be applied and hand sanded to perfection by Chico. The color will be pretty close to what it originally was, but a bit darker to match the True Navy canvas.
We also just took in the genoa to have the green UV cover replaced with white.
Then we have to do the deck non-skid in a "whisper gray" which is a very light gray.
Soon she will be restored to her original color scheme, maybe a bit traditional but that's the way we like it.
