Ryan's marine is a nightmare

I had Ryans Marine do a bunch of work during covid and it was a complete nightmare. He strung the projects out for almost a year. And completely over billed me. Guy is a walking train wreck. Here is his contact info so you know who to avoid. He would come out to the boat work for 30 minutes and charge me for 2-3 hours. Complete idiot.
He's is based out of the East Bay, Bay Area.
