Renting in Amsterdam

We are off to Amsterdam in a couple of weeks and looking to rent a sailboat for a day. Any experience/suggestions for rental companies and where might be the best place to start. There will be four of us on board, but I will be single handing the boat.

I think that to bareboat in the EU, you have to have a license. You can get a certification through US Sailing. There may be other options.
