Remove water heater from 1985 30+

Has anyone removed the water heater on a 1985 Ericson 30+? I can see that the two hoses are connected to my Universal M-18, but I have no idea what plugs I need once I remove the hoses. Any suggestions?

I have, but I have the universal 5416 (m20?). What plugs are you questioning? Are you wanting to remove the water heater from the engine? If so, the two lines from the engine to the heater need to be tied together (or one new hose) so as to preserve the water flow through the heat exchanger and engine block.

I had the Seaward square 6 gallon tank and had to remove the outer metal box and fittings to get it to fit through the lazarette.
