Register my Ericson 38-200 in Europe. Certificate CE

Good morning everyone from sunny Tahiti!
I just bought a magnific Ericson 38-200 from 1988 here in Tahiti and I am breaking my mind with the registration. I am Spanish and would rather register the boat under an European flag, I have been rejected by any flag since I do not have the Certificate CE, how can I get it?
Any suggestions?

You must have bought "Naoma!" That is an AMAZING boat! The former captain was a bit of an asshat but he has a hot wife and took good care of the boat... :)
