New Propellor on 1086 Ericson 32

My old prop was a 2 blade 14 x 12. I ordered a new "Campbell Prop" 3 blade 14x7 [ what was recommended] I can only get to 2300 rpm. Any thoughts on what the correct size might be?:confused:

I've done the east coast intracoastal 5 times with my E32 with universal diesel. I use a 13" prop with a 12 pitch. I currently am trying to replace this much worn prop that has served me well. (see my thread just submitted). Captainken
