No, that's new to 2.2.0 -- I'll look into it though and get back to you...

So - this preview button actually is working, however it is for a feature set which I cannot turn off which will likely not be used by our users (unless one of them is a developer who has some free time on his hands).

The button switches the editor from entry mode to preview mode so you can see all bb code rendered - meaning you would have to write code (see the triple down drop down above, then the </> drop down for the language choices) for it to be useful. Like I said though, it's doubtful we can use it, and I cannot turn it off, so....
