When I replaced mine, I used 7/16" line. I believe I looked it up in the original boat documents from the factory. I bought 140" I believe. I pulled up a tape measure to the top of the mast with the main halyard. Length x 2 plus, from the deck to the deck organizer, then through the clutches and then added some for convenience of handling. That's how I got the length.
