When I retired I gave to my daughter my beloved ,E29. She is sailing her on Lake Ontario.
I have just found an Ericson 31 Independence for sale in North Carolina. Asking 10 k and she has a 2011 Yanmar.
We are in conversations about coming to visit the 31. The photo make her look mighty clean.
