All, I'm coming to the list for some collective help. I'm looking for a U-shaped bronze anchor lock that'll bolt to my teak anchor platform. It's the type with a horizontal 1/4 " or 3/8" stainless pin that engages in the shank or shackle of the anchor to keep it stowed on deck. All searches have left me empty handed. I assume the operative word here is bronze as there are a number of anchor tie downs in WM p 227, which I'm sure you have looked at. Have you tried Jamestown Distributors?
This may be a item found in one of the consignment stores, if not, there always seemed to be a booth or two at the boat shows with bronze fittings salvaged from who knows where and the boat show season is soon to be upon us.
