Leaking mast collar

Last week's heavy rains in the Annapolis area resulted in a significant leak running down the mast inside the cabin and also a steady string of water from the interior teak trim around the mast. I checked the newly installed mast boot and don't believe that the water is getting in between it and the mast. Most likely path appears to be under the mast collar or around the bolts holding the collar to the deck. Does anyone have experience removing the collar from a late model E-380? PSC couldn't tell me who made these collars for the PSC E-380. LeFiell did not supply them with the mast.

My experience has been that most, if not all the water entering the cabin via the mast is from the numerous openings in the mast. I recently went to my masthead and found two tapped holes with nothing in them and the hole that allowed the TV & VHF cables to enter the mast open and not caulked. Take a trip up the mast with some good silicone caulk and I think you will be surprised at what you find
