Hello Everyone,
My name is Rick Barton I have a restoration and repair bus. at the Frisco Bay Marina at Lake Dillon Co.
I have been commisioned to build a new keel for a 1978 Ericson 25. Before we begin I thougth that I would see if there is a source for ones already built for this boat.
Any leads?

Centerboard or Keel?

Rick- Are you trying to build a new "swing centerboard" or a fixed in full keel? Rob Hessenius

E25 Centerboard(s) 2 choices...

These answers assume you are working on a centerboard E25:

If you don't actually want to make an entire centerboard, I had my centerboard replaced by Idasailor marine in Boise, ID. They have the exact dimensions to make one out of high density poly.

I have a SS spine for sale that I can ship you. This board will work for either an E23 or E25. You will need to relocate the pivot pin hole and the hoist attachment (about a 20 minute job to do both) and then shape the foam to it and glass over. Write me back if you need more information on either.
