intermediate shroud 1988 E-34?

Trying to have a new intermediate shroud for our Sea Scout E-34 made.
The riggers (in the US) all ask if the specs (Length 31'-71/2") the Ericson book shows is including the turnbuckle, or just the wire with T-ball and toggle? Also the book shows a Navec Turnbuckle and they say it would be special order and cost a bundle. What has any one else used.

Can someone tell me what to order... I am not at boat and have not taken old one down.

Ralph - the book has a diagram showing how it is measured. T-ball shoulder to the pin on the turnbuckle.

The intermediate turnbuckle is smaller than the others so it looks different regardless. I'd go with an off the shelf item.

No need to go with Navtec on the turnbuckles. A standard type like those by Johnson will be just fine.
