The Swantown Marina in Olympia, WA has impounded an Ericson 23 for nonpayment of moorage.
The boat is HIN ERY23255M75K, registration WN 509 C. The boat has obviously been neglected for some time, registration sticker expired 2003. The boat has growth on the bottom about 3" deep, and needs halyards and pretty much anything else removable. (I couldn't see inside, so I have no idea if there are any sails or other equipment aboard) But overall, it appears to be in surprisingly good shape.
I couldn't tell if it had a swing keel or fixed. The marina will sell it, and I'm pretty sure it would not include a trailer or OB.
