My 1990 E38-200 , Hull #338 with aft head and recessed companion way has the engine under the companion way ladder. I am assuming it was one of the last 10 or so built by Ericson Yachts. I do know that the original owner ( I am owner #3) hailed out of San Diego CA.....more useless info for the taking!
