How many shrouds do I need? (winter storage)

One of the nice things that came with our boat was a canvas cover. It’s in two parts and meant to go over a frame in front and the boom in the back. The two pieces lace together amidships. Last winter we had the mast out so I jury-rigged the conduit frame with the bimini frame. The bow pulpit was also off for repairs. This year the mast is up.

There’s only one zipper on either side for shrouds. The POs told us they would release the lower shrouds (fore and aft) and bundle them with the upper shroud.

My question: Do y’all think that’s safe?

I think it sounds fine presuming the forestay and backstay are in place.
