Looking for E27 hull number 394

My wife and I would love to know the whereabouts of hull number 394.
It used to be a 'lease' boat at Shilshole., in the late 80's
I think the name was SeaWitch.
Just want to see her again.

I think I found the Sea Witch docked at Leschi on Lake Washington. Does anyone know who the owner is?
