Hard over rudder angle

I am installing a linear drive below decks auto pilot on my E-38. The instructions have me limiting my rudder to 35 degrees each way. Does anyone know the angle/ degree of the rudder when it is put hard over? I cannot check mine as it is jacked up and supported during the install. I would like to see by how much the new 35 degree angle limits my turning radius compared to the original turning radius. I suppose if you already had a rudder position sensor with a display you could tell in a second. Any info or help is appreciated!

I think the default on my wheel pilot is 30 and it works fine. I have the feeling it is not a critical setting for sailboats, and that the only time we turn the wheel all the way to the quadrant stops is under manual control.

But it is true that much of the Raymarine settings are voodoo.
