Great Sail Today - Montrose Harbor

We had a great sail today on Lake Michigan just off of Montrose Harbor and saw a fellow Ericson (maybe a 32). Thanks for waving back... some day we will actually connect in person...

Hi all, bought an E27 Sept 2020, will be at Monroe harbor in 2021. Would love to make some friends and learn some DIY projects.

Hi @Unr8tedsaw, what yard are you storing at? We store at Canal Street, sail out of Montrose, and are members at both Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club and Columbia Yacht Club. We will have to connect at some point!

Currently at Waukegan harbor yard. Planning on moving to East Chicago Marina next winter. (More affordable, no need to mast step)
Still need to find time to do some work on the boat. Need bottom scratch fix then optional paint, instrument panel update and hoping to install a new toilet.
Will certainly come visit, and I don't belong to any clubs at the moment.
