Does anyone have any experience with Globe impellers (they are blue)? They sound better than the original - guaranteed to run dry for 15 minutes and less expensive. Also, does anyone know the direction of rotation of the Oberdorfer water pump found on the Universal M25XP; looking at the pump from the front of the engine, does it rotate clockwise or counterclockwise?
And for those with a long memory, I finally got the cover off the water pump using a straight razor blade and a small ball peen hammer. All it needed was a very gentle tap.
