1981 Ericson 25+ "PIPE DREAM" includes slip
My 1981 25+ is for sale. OMC Saildrive in excellent running cond. This year- new water pump kit, new drive shaft seals, new 3 blade prop, complete strip and paint of lower unit, new bottom paint, new zincs, new head gasket, thermostat, voltage regulator, and complete rebuild on the alternator ( yes, the optional set up low mount alternator). Pipe Dream has shore power, dual batteries, Edson wheel steering, Datamarine depth & speed/dist inst, VHF radio, hand held GPS, bulkhead mtd compass & binicle mtd Airguide compass with a new Richie ball, automatic bilge pump, new brass ball valves on all thru hulls 2004, brand new Origo 4300 stove, new halyards this spring, new bow nav lights this spring, all lines lead to the cockpit. Has Main(usable but tired), 4 hank on jibs in good to great condition. 110,140 lite air,150 lite air, 150. Complete with all necessary equip - ready to go. Hull & deck are sound.
