fixed ports

I saw a picture on the web of what was labeled an E35-3, but with what appeared to be a rectangular port (or maybe two) where the trapezoidal fixed ports normally are. Does anyone know if Ericson built some like this? Or would it be an owner mod? It looked pretty good - not klugey at all.

replacement windows E 27

Does anyone know where I can get information on new replacement window the small one in the head compartment is leaking and I'm giving up trying to seal it so I thought I would replace it. thank you

If you're willing to go the route of plastic/vinyl frames, Mark Plastics can hook you up with safety glass windows that don't open, don't leak, don't corrode, and don't use the rubber gaskets that have probably degraded on your (and my) windows.

I wonder how strong those would be ? A white frame might not look bad at all but I'd worry that they might cave in if hit by a breaking wave ?
