Fiberglass cracks around helm platform

I have an E 38 1993 with a stern platform. ( hull # 11 ) which has had repeating crack formation around edges on the helm platform. Repaired multiple times by NEB in RI. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a solution to this design problem?

Not sure just what part of the hull or cockpit you are referencing.
