I'm selling for a friend of mine who has moved south. The boat is in decent shape though needs some TLC. It's due for a bottom job. I had a teak hatch made for it by Sausalito Woodworks about a year or so ago at a cost of $800. The sails are old but not in horrible shape. The interior is stock but I think he replaced the head a while back.
The key part of the deal is the slip in San Francisco...there is a 27 year wait for slips in this harbor.
Asking $10K obo.
